| The best jet-ski??? One that doesn't work!!! I used to fish all the time and quickly learned to hate those things. Example: I was alone in my boat on a major lake in Kentucky. I found a nice cove to anchor at and proceded to do my deadly deed. The sun and weather was hot so I decided to quinch my thirst with a little bit of brew! After sitting there for a while I heard the buzz of a jet-ski. This fella comes buzzing by (at a distance). Directly he comes back by and gets much, much closer! My back was towards him and I guess it upset him that I didn't turn around and notice how cool he thought he was! I guess he figured I was hard of hearing and blind because the third time he came by, he was about 5 feet from my boat. About the time he got to my boat...I decided I'd had enough of my bottle of brew and disposed of it by quickly throwing it over my shoulder. For some reason the fella didn't come by me again!! That was the day I learned to hate those things and sincerely wish I could sink everyone of them in the world!!! CD ![]() |

| Spider Interwebby Thingy | lol... well, I love jet-skis and if I can ever afford one, I won't buzz by you. Nora and I have been looking at a stratos boat instead. We can't afford to do both jet skis and a boat, and we really enjoy fishing as well, so we may go that route instead.

| Super Moderator | I can't afford one now. But I like the Kawasaki 800 SX-R. If I was getting one today that is the one I would get. I see a lot of Sea-Doo's available in the classifieds. I don't know if people are not happy with them of they are just considered a basic step before the upgrade. A friend of mine rented a Waverunner while in Cancun. He liked it, but said it didn't handle as well as others he has ridden. Last edited by Mark; 08-31-2008 at 07:21 PM. |

| Spider Interwebby Thingy | sea doo gas mileage It is my understanding that Sea Doos are really fast, but drink a ton of fuel. I love jet-skis. They are so much dang fun. I wish I could afford a pair of them and a boat. A little greedy, I am.
