| I do! It's pretty easy. You can't use your household stove (poisonous fumes), but you can buy a used junker. I bought a little toaster oven at a garage sale that works great for all those little parts. It's a pain to set up and prep everything, but not having to wait for paint to dry is a welcome plus. |

| Super Moderator | How hot does the oven have to be? I have a toaster oven I could try. I was thinking about getting a crash and dent from one of the local warehouse clubs. Then I'd have a full size kitchen oven to work with. I've heard there are big differences in the powder you select. Do you find that to be true? |

| Most powders cure between 300-400 deg so you should be fine. I have only had mine a years or so, so I have really only tried 4-5 powders, but yeah you get what you pay for and once it’s on you're pretty much stuck with it so don’t skimp. FYI you would be amazed at exactly how little room there is in a “full size” kitchen oven. I just did my rack I made for my Moped and it barely fit, so did the rear fender on my bike (and it’s bobbed!). I had to make special holders in both cases just so they would fit in cock-eyed. So if you are planning anything large, think ahead! |
