I'd look for a bench style seat out of another Toyota Tacoma. Bolts right to the floor and could include seat belts.

That or a 4Runner, since it had the pass-thru cab just like what I am wanting to do to my truck. If I had any sense, I would just buy one of those instead, but no one has ever pointed a bony finger at me and said, "Right there! SMART GUY!"
