| Ben Spies Makes Texas and America Proud at Indy
Ben Spies got another ride in MotoGP this weekend, and finished a deceiving 6th place. Spies was in a three way battle for 4th when the race ended 8 laps early due to safety issues as the weather worsened.
Just a couple MotoGP races ago, Spies struggled to get adjusted to the hybrid Suzuki, and the super fast field of riders. He remarked about the challenge of MotoGP being different because he no longer had to contend with a couple of fast riders; everyone in MotoGP is fast.
Apparently the Texan is adjusting well, and we can expect to see him leaving Mladin behind next year to move up to the premier motorcycle class.
