First things first: thank you for visiting MotorManiacal. If you didn’t visit, there would be no reason for this site to exist (although I must confess that it probably still would…)
My name is Adrian and I am the owner-administrator at MotorManiacal. MotorManiacal is not a business, and this site isn’t what I do for a living. I have a day job and I run this website, with the help of others, in my spare time. MotorManiacal started from the passion for motorcycles, and the hard work of some of my friends. A little about the beginning: I got my class M license in July 2003 and bought my first motorcycle a couple months later. I think it was that spring when I started my first motorcycle website. It was 2004 and I started with a free host bulletin board and then moved to my first domain name: texasroadrage.com. Since that time the name changed a couple times, and then I decided to do MotorManiacal with more than just motorcycles in mind. So, on June 21st 2008, MotorManiacal was born. I pay for the domain name and server space with my own meager funds. There are some ads spread throughout the website to try and help offset the costs.
This site is here for the sole purpose of entertainment. When you aren’t working on your car or truck, riding your jet-ski, fishing off your boat, or straightening some twisty road out with your motorcycle, this website is a place where you can talk about doing all those things. That is pretty much it, in a nutshell. I don’t sell any products and I don’t plan on becoming the biggest website on the planet. This is just another chat forum, like the thousands of others that are out there. If this website turns out to be a really great experience for you, I can’t take credit for that. You and lots of other contributors just like you are the reason. So, thanks!

While I am appreciative of every single person that takes the time to post even one word here, I would like to say a big huge THANK YOU to the moderators of MotorManiacal. They are the backbone of the site, and their selfless contributions keep things running smoothly. Some of them are personal friends of mine, and others are friends that I have never met in person (one day, one day…) but that I have forged trust with over time. This site would not be successful without these folks:
Hi! I'm the clockdaddy!! As you might guess from the name, I work on clocks and have repaired them for over fifteen years. My greatest joy in life are my grandchildren. Any one of the five is fantastic, but all of them together is Heaven (as long as I turn off my hearing aids!!). I've been a rider for over 35 years and still I'm amazed at the wonders of the outdoors. Riding gives me the "thinking time" to mull over the issues at hand. I live in the central Kentucky area among the gorgeous horse farms with the million dollar barns. Just a ride through this country is out of sight!! My ride is an '03 Suzuki Intruder 1500LC. It's great on the open highway and, if the floorboards were off, is unusually nimble on the twisties. My favorite area to ride in is the Blue Ridge Parkway which runs north from Asheville, N.C. until it meets the Skyline Parkway in northern Virginia. I'm also a Christian minister and don't sing worth a hoote! I'm here to help, not to make life hard for anyone. If at any time you need me, PM me. I will get back with you. CD

Hi, My name is Mark. I currently ride a Kawasaki Ninja 650r. It's a great little bike. Easy to handle and very forgiving on the road. Prior bikes include two Suzuki GSXR 750's, one Yamaha FZ700, multiple dirt bikes and a Honda CB750 that was originally my fathers.
Off the net, I enjoy working and building my 99 Dodge Ram 2500. The diesel world is growing in leaps and bounds. It's a blast. I like to go camping with my family. We have a 5th wheel that has more than enough room for my wife, two kids and any pets that they decide to drag along. Most weekends during the summer are spent at the campground where we park the trailer seasonally. During the week I have a full-time job as a General Manager in retail flooring. I also own and operate a Hydro Seeding business as well as several other business ventures that I try to keep, making a profit.
So yeah, I'm pretty busy. On the net, I'm a super moderator for several forums of different interests. It's a lot of fun, but can be very time consuming too. Take a moment and check out my albums: Mark's Albums. I'll try and keep them full of current pix and interesting other tid-bits of data...
Well till we meet on the forum,
& ride safe... Mark
The people above are my supermoderators who have given me permission to recognize them here - a big thanks to them because they are the ones who somehow or another got tricked into helping out with the daily administrative tasks around this site.
