Where do you house your bike(s)

My bike is parked in the garage. I'm thinking about getting a 16' landscape trailer to move some of the stuff out of my garage. Maybe the bike could winter in there.

Where do you folks keep your bike? Summer or Winter (if you have a winter...).

Thankfully we don't really have a winter here. The house I am living in has a small garage where my bikes live.

Yeah no winter in TX either, just a few weeks here and there when I don't ride much but I've ridden on New Years Day and it was 80 degrees here before.

I keep her in the garage. I live alone so there's not much out there except my car and bike so there's plenty of room. I have an alarm on the house and added the garage door sensor so I feel pretty secure where I keep it.

In Kentucky, we DO have winter!
I've got a nice big 2 1/2 car garage (heated) that is my "play room" during the winter. I keep the bike clean and ride it anytime it's not raining or icy!
At work the bike is parked outside. After letting it cool off from the ride into work, I cover the bike to protect it against kamakazi birds!!

Our bikes have taken over the garage, so now the cages sit outside. lol
My old Honda has enough switch troubles already. Do you carry a bike cover when you travel?

You bet I take a cover when I'm traveling. I do this for a couple of reasons. First, of course, to cover my bike. If for no other reason than security, I cover the bike. I know,,I realize the cover isn't anything to deture a their much, but it is considered one more thing that has to be done to access the bike and "non-professional" thieves just don't want to bother with it.

Secondly, If I should ever break down in the middle of nowhere at night, the bike cover can be used as a small pup tent to keep me dry and warmer than if I was out in the open air. I cann either pull the cove over me or, with sticks and tree branches, I can set it up like a tent and crawl under the edge to get in.

The bike is parked in the garage, wedged between the cars. However in the winter (at least in the last 3-4 years) it comes in the house with me so I can tinker on it as a (down) season long project.
