The first stop was the shrine in Yarnell. When we pulled up there was another couple on a motorcycle that were chatting with one of the volunteer workers and getting ready to leave. We exchanged hellos and then we started up the mountain to take the tour.

The rest of the photos are the trip up the mountain. The shrine is a tribute to family, and Jesus' journey to the crucifix. The fellow below can be seen holding tools; he has returned from work and picked up the child on his way in. He is a symbol of hard work and family.
